I cannot say enough nice things about Mark Kaprowicz and Historic Square. I've been working with Mark for over 20 years minus a few when I lived in a non-Erie serviced state. He is always incredibly attentive and returns calls/messages promptly. He has always been so helpful and makes you feel like an old friend when he gets you on the phone with his jolly demeanor. Any incidences I've had to make a claim are handled quickly and efficiently. I have referred others to him and all have nothing but good things to say. When moving to another state he took time to review quotes from companies there to help me find the best fit for me since Erie couldn't service me there. That is truly above and beyond which is why Mark was one of the first calls I made when moving back east.
